A debit card by design#
Mastercard introduced Maestro in 1991 as a debit brand, and every Maestro card is tied to a current account. Nothing is borrowed: the deposit leaves your account the moment you confirm it.
Using Maestro in the cashier#
- Sign in and open the cashier.
- Select Maestro in the bank cards group.
- Enter the amount and the card details, then approve any bank prompt.
- Search for Apple of Fortune and type your stake.
A budget that matches the board#
Debit spending suits a game where every round costs one fixed stake. Decide how many rounds you want, multiply by the stake and deposit that figure: 40 rounds at 0.25 make 10. Combine it with a deposit limit in your account settings and the plan holds by itself.
Payouts#
Withdrawals to bank cards leave within 24 hours, once at least 100% of each deposit has been wagered. The bank then credits the linked current account, usually within a few business days.
Where Maestro works best#
Maestro is most common in Europe, where many current accounts still come with it. If your card shows both the Maestro and Mastercard marks, either option in the cashier works; the money comes from the same account either way.
